Prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR), with free delivery across Qatar. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary with traffic or weather. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
If your bouquet arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo — we'll replace it or refund you. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, change-of-mind refunds aren't available. Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour if preparation has not begun.
